GENERAL QUESTIONS
How do I sign up with the Vegas Magic Affiliate Program?
The sign up process is quick and easy. Fill out the online form here: Affiliate Application form. Then, make sure you have reviewed and agreed with our program's Terms and Conditions.
Is there any cost for signing up with the Vegas Magic Affiliate Program?
There is no cost associated with your registration as an affiliate with Vegas Magic. You just need to sign up for an account. You will be given your exclusive Affiliate ID immediately and you can then start referring players right away.
Can I join the Affiliate Program if I live outside of North America?
Yes. We welcome affiliates from all over the world. However, restrictions may apply with affiliates from various different countries.
Can I join more than one Affiliate Program?
Yes, you are allowed to join as many programs as you want. There is no limit to how many you can join. However, for optimum results, we do recommend you select programs that suit your audience.
Do I need a website to become a Vegas Magic Affiliate?
Yes. To be part of our Affiliate network, you must have a live Website. Your site must have online gaming as its central theme. If your website is dedicated to a different theme, some exceptions can be made.
Can I create an account and refer myself?
No, this is not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a termination of your affiliate account and a forfeit of your earnings.
Can my commission be paid into a Casino Account?
No. If you wish to fund a player account, you must withdrawl the money and then deposit it into a casino account. Remember though that you can not refer yourself.
How do I change my personal information?
Just log in and click on the “Edit Details” button. This will redirect you to a page where you can edit your personal information. The Payee name is marked “read only” due to security reasons.
How can I close my Affiliate account?
You must contact the affiliate manager at affiliatemanager@vegasmagic.com to close your account. Click here to email the affiliate manager.
MONEY MATTERS
How do I get paid?
You can choose Neteller, Overnight Express, or Wire Transfer to receive your earnings. We recommend Neteller being that it is the fastest method. Once you have earnings over $100, our Accounting Department will contact you on the first days of a payment period to get your preferred payment instructions. If you have provided us with your Neteller account information, the payment will be approved as soon as possible. If you choose Overnight Express or Wire Transfer as your payment method, fees will be deducted from your commissions and the Accounting Department will contact you at the beginning of every payment period to confirm the instructions before processing your payment.
When will I get paid?
Affiliate payments are processed within the first 7 business days of each month. Your commission totals must exceed $100 to be paid out. If not it will be carried over to the next month. Also, keep in mind that the length of time before you receive your commission payment may vary depending on the payment method you have chosen to use.
Do you rollover negative commission balances?
Negative commission balances are reviewed on a case by case basis. It is the current policy of Vegas Magic Affiliate Program to not automatically carry over negative commission balances to the following month, however, we do reserve the right to reverse this policy.
What is a chargeback?
A chargeback is what happens when a depositing customer at the Casino requests a refund from their Credit Card issuing-company. Most of the time, the money has already been wagered when the refund is requested. Players that have done this are subsequently banned from the casino. Chargeback can also occur when there has been fraudulent activity.
Are my commissions lost if I don't cash them in specified time period?
No, your commission balances are never cleared. If you don't reach the minimum $100 required your earnings would carry over to the next period. If for some reason you do not provide with payment instructions once you have outstanding balance, earnings would carry over to the next payment period. However, if you do not respond with payment instructions within 6 months, your account would be closed and any earnings would be voided.
TECHNICAL STUFF
When do cookies expire?
Cookies are written to expire after 90 days.
Do you reward the First Affiliate or Last Affiliate for referring a Customer?
When a customer is referred, the cookies are overwritten to benefit the Last Affiliate.
Can the marketing materials provided by Vegas Magic Affiliates be personalized or changed?
No, this is not allowed. No marketing materials can be changed. Our graphics team is available to work with you to create brand specific customized materials. Contact us at affiliatemanager@vegasmagic.com to discuss your concepts.
How often are my statistics updated?
They are updated in real time along with impressions and click-thrus.
Can my current and historical commissions be tracked?
Yes. Your commission stats can be tracked in real-time, at any moment. You just need to log in to see them. |
